PDP Services has a flat fee for developing company policies and procedures.
Clients pay $10,000 for twenty (20) hours of service over an initial 12-month period, starting with the first planning workshop.
This fee includes:
- Planning meetings
- Back-office production
- Delivery of a policies and procedures handbook – the program’s “constitution.”
- One (1) printed, ring-bound copy of the handbook
- One (1) floppy disc containing the
electronic file for the handbook
- Follow-up during the first grants

After the first twenty hours, should management wish for PDP Services to provide administrative help, the fee is $125/hr. or a monthly retainer by agreement.
