Meet The Principal
|

Doris Rubenstein, Principal Consultant of PDP Services, has over three decades of experience in the field of philanthropy. Her book, The Good Corporate Citizen: A Practical Guide (John Wiley & Sons, 2004), is a landmark work in addressing the complexities of planning and administration of charitable giving and volunteer programs for business.
Ms Rubenstein founded PDP Services in 2000. Her prior work with the University of Minnesota and CARE gave her access to best practices in the area of corporate citizenship with companies like General Mills, Medtronic, the Stanley Works, and dozens of others. Her current consulting clients include high-technology manufacturers and service providers, banks, professional services firms, and a wide variety of companies in other sectors. She is a popular speaker with industry groups and professional societies and has been published in over a dozen magazines and newspapers.

Among her honors, she has been named a Woman Changemaker by the Twin Cities Business Journal and received the Kenneth Clark Award from the Center for Creative Leadership in North Carolina. Ms Rubenstein received her B.A. from the University of Michigan and her M.A. from Augsburg College (Minneapolis). She is proud of her past service as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ecuador.
